The Syllabus

Below is a breakdown of the modules you’ll complete as part of the program:

Unit 1: The 4 Pillars 

We begin by exploring the first layer of the Meta Therapy Model, the framework that reveals the four universal themes found across all self-help, healing, and personal development work. Understanding these core elements gives you the foundation to navigate your own transformation with clarity and confidence.

Unit 2: The Strategy

In this layer, we explore the second foundation of the MTM, a four-step strategy adapted from business psychology to help you think, act, and problem-solve like a leader. It’s an elegant, results-driven framework that turns challenges into opportunities for growth and mastery.

Unit 3: The Toolbox

Finally, you’ll unlock the complete toolkit behind my own transformation—a decade’s worth of tried-and-true methods for real, lasting change. These tools will leave you educated, empowered, and equipped to lead yourself with clarity, confidence, and purpose as you create a life—and impact—you’re proud of.

Unit 1  

Week 1 - Trauma and Recovery 40 mins

We begin with reviewing your life story and begin to understand trauma and recovery

Week 2 - The MetaTherapy Model 9 mins

Begin your journey with the Meta Therapy Model™ (MTM)—a revolutionary framework to understand yourself and create real change.  

Curiosity 18 mins

This week’s second video takes you on a deep dive into how your mind really works. We’ll unpack critical thinking, cognitive biases, and beliefs, helping you begin to see yourself and life through a whole new lens.

Week 3 - Trigger Work 51 mins

A workshop that teaches how to heal your triggers, stay grounded, and stop letting your emotions run the show.

Week 4 - Future Self 26 mins

Step into your future self with a transformational visualization and journaling practice that bridges who you are with who you’re becoming.

Week 5 - Commitment Parts 1 & 2 20 mins

In the second pillar, Commitment, we focus on building clarity and accountability through staying insipired and learning some practical tools that help you stay aligned with your goals and growth.

Week 6 - Commitment & Identity 30 mins

Exploring what truly shapes who we are and how our identity is formed, as we commit to healing ourselves and stepping fully into the next version of our lives.

Week 7 - Conditions 26 mins

The third pillar explores what I call The Big 5—the essential conditions we need to grow, thrive, and reach our full potential.

Week 8 -Conditioning 19 mins

This is my favorite pillar: we explore the root beliefs and past wounds that influence our behaviors, and discover how to transform the patterns that hold us back.

Week 9 - Conditioning - A New You Parts 1 & 2 23 mins

We move deep into identity and the shadows, identifying the parts of ourselves that keep us small—and finally making peace with them so we can step fully into our power.

Week 10 - Unit 1 Complete 6 mins

Now we pause to reflect and review all of Unit 1, close any gaps, and wrap up this unit with a larger assignemnt to serve as an opportunity to consolidate your learning and cement the insights and shifts that will carry you forward.

Unit 2 

Week 11 - Problem Solving 30 mins

A quick recap of Unit 1, inspiration for forging your own path, and a training in my signature strategy and problem-solving framework—my specialty.

Week 12 - Investigation & Forgiveness 24 mins

Guidance through the first step of the four-step framework, with vulnerable insights exploring trauma, pain, and the process of forgiveness.

Week 13 - Discovery 17 mins

A deep dive into discovering the root causes behind your behaviors, giving you the guidance to identify the patterns holding you back.

Week 14 - Confidence & Trust 21 mins

A pause from the strategy to cover an important component that complements the healing process, rooted in the Conditioning pillar where discovery also lives. This training provides guidance and support to help you keep moving forward.

Week 15 - Education 34 mins

Returning to the framework, we explore Step 3, empowering you to become your own most effective resource.

Week 16 - Application 25 mins

In Step 4, we focus on Application—the part of the healing process that’s often the hardest and most neglected. This is also where we wrap up Unit 2 with our second checkpoint and assessment to see your progress.

Reviewing the tools you’ve already mastered and introducing a powerful new tool to help you set and achieve your goals with clarity and confidence.

A review of powerful tools you’ve learned and how this program equips you to overcome obstacles and create meaningful change in your life.

Introducing the Jeopardy Tool—a tool I use automatically every day. It’s an incredibly powerful method to shift your energy fast and create real momentum in your life.
