HELLO! I'M EMILY.
Self development saved my life. Literally.
I'm a highly passionate, personal consultant, coach and mindset mentor who recently relocated to an idyllic island in the Med. But I used to be the textbook fuck-up; a high school dropout, teen runaway and addict, who endured years of abuse and "big T" trauma.
I used to constantly look for answers outside of myself, jumping from one career path to another, from the military to showbiz to hospitality, and getting caught in codependent relationships.
I didn't know who I was, I chronicallly self abandoned, and I hated myself.
After years of meds, treatments and therapies, I finally took matters into my own hands and found the tools to turn my life around. I got sober, went back to uni to earn an MA in Organizational Behavior and Development and started to manifest my dream life.
Now, I thrive alongside my loving family of a husband, two boys, four dogs, and two tortoises, and am dedicated to educating and empowering women to regain control of their lives, facilitate positive change for themselves, and lead themselves to a life they love.
